a little bit about who we are, how we came about, and our concept on food and business
GG & Joe has a welcoming, social ambiance where people of all ages converge and is suitable for everything from your morning coffee ritual and meetings with friends to casual business lunches and fueling up after a workout. It’s the place that you will most certainly run into someone you know and probably even GG and Joe with their toddler in tow. They have always taken a hands-on approach and are still involved in the day to day decisions.
our history
Husband and wife team, Gina ("GG") and Joe, opened their first location in May of 2020 with a mission to revive downtown Westport and modernize the feel of a small town mom and pop shop. With over 30 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, Gina and Joe set out to create a fresh, elevated menu, and a comfortable, unique atmosphere that would appeal to a wide range of customers. With this in mind, they personally designed and decorated the shop with attention to every detail, right down to their signature custom teal paint color.

SOURCED LOCALLY
As a small business, we love being able to source some of our baked goods locally from other small business in Connecticut. We also love to bake ourselves and make our banana bread, pumpkin bread, brownies, irresistible energy bites, fruity pebble rice krispie treats and other goodies in house.

With sustainably sourced coffee, organic acai, house-made almond milk, and fresh baked bread, our secret sauce is in our attention to detail and standards of quality. We created a menu that still offers flavored coffee syrups and delicious food - but without the guilt and fake ingredients.
SOMETHING FOR ANYONE
One of the main criteria when creating our menu was to craft recipes that everyone from toddlers to grandparents would love while providing a delicious selection of gluten free, vegan, paleo, dairy free, options to suit any lifestyle or dietary need.
